1. Acceptance of these terms
By downloading or using TenniLog (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. The App
The App is a tool for recording and reviewing tennis and soft tennis scores and match details. It is not an official scoring system provided by an umpire, sports organization, or tournament organizer.
3. User responsibilities
You are responsible for how you use the App, the information you enter, the security of your devices, and any backups you need. If you enter another person’s name or other information, obtain their permission when appropriate.
4. Prohibited conduct
You must not violate applicable law, infringe the rights of the Developer or any third party, interfere with operation of the App, attempt unauthorized access or analysis, or engage in other conduct the Developer reasonably considers inappropriate.
5. Advertising and third-party services
The App may use third-party services such as Google AdMob to display advertising. Each provider’s terms and privacy policy apply to its services.
6. Intellectual property
All rights in the App, including its design, text, images, software, and other content, belong to the Developer or their respective rights holders. These terms do not transfer any such rights to you.
7. Disclaimer
The Developer does not guarantee that the App will be accurate, complete, fit for a particular purpose, continuously available, or capable of preserving all data. Some or all features may be unavailable because of network conditions, device conditions, OS updates, or other circumstances.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer is not liable for damage arising from use or inability to use the App, or from lost or inaccurate records. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded.
9. Changes and discontinuation
The Developer may change the App’s features, availability, or these terms, and may suspend or discontinue the App. Important changes will be announced on this page or in the App.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute concerning the App will be subject to the court of first instance designated by applicable law.
