Frequently asked questions
Where are my match records stored?
They are stored locally on your iPhone. Data from an active match may be synchronized with your Apple Watch, but it is not sent to a server operated by the developer.
My Apple Watch will not connect.
Make sure Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are enabled on both devices and that TenniLog is installed on your Apple Watch. Then reopen the app on both devices.
Can I correct a point entered by mistake?
Use “Undo” on the scoring screen to remove the most recent point. You can also edit recorded point details from the point history.
How can I change my advertising privacy choices?
Where required, a privacy settings button appears in the upper-right corner of the Home screen. Use it to review or change your choices.
How do I delete my data?
You can delete individual match records and registered players in the app. To remove all local data, delete TenniLog from both your iPhone and Apple Watch.
