Frequently Asked Questions
My alarm or notification did not sound.
Open Settings in Alarm Calendar and check the notification and alarm permission status. On supported devices running iOS 26 or later, Alarm Calendar uses the system alarm feature, which can sound while the device is locked, in Silent Mode, or during a Focus. On iOS 25 or earlier, and for events more than 90 days away, Alarm Calendar uses local notifications. These are affected by your device volume, Silent Mode, Focus settings, and notification settings.
Events from Apple Calendar are not showing.
On your iPhone, open Settings → Privacy & Security → Calendars and allow Alarm Calendar full access. Then open Alarm Calendar → Settings → Apple Calendar and confirm which calendars are selected for display.
My events are not syncing to another device.
Make sure both devices are signed in to the same Apple Account. In Alarm Calendar, open Settings → iCloud and turn on “Sync events and settings with iCloud.” Syncing may take a little time.
I cannot download a sports schedule.
Check your internet connection, then select the league and team again on the Events screen. Schedules come from public sources operated by sports organizations and other providers, so a provider update, outage, or service change may temporarily prevent retrieval.
Can I change my advertising privacy choices?
When privacy choices are available or required for your region, “Ad Privacy Options” appears in the app’s Settings screen. You can review or change your choices there.
What should I include in a bug report?
Please include your iPhone model, iOS version, app version, when the issue occurred, the steps immediately before it, and any message shown on screen. Do not send private event names, notes, or other personal content.
